Therefore, make sure that you own the content of your web site, and that the web pages carry a copyright statement with your organization's name, not the developer's.
If you make your own arrangements with a hosting provider (or have someone make them on your behalf) as suggested above and have the content developed for that site, then you will have better control of the site's content.
